Probably true but there are people in this country working to reduce the age of consent. Their ideal is a bathhouse full of 12 and 13 year olds.
I’d prefer to give my children time to mature and learn what is best for themselves and not subject them to the perverted fantasies of some freak.
It wasn’t all that long ago that marriage between people of 14, 15 years was not considered unusual, but encouraged. Of course we had a rural agrarian economy and needed more help on the farms, plus people died rather early in life as compared to today................
