My Dragonfly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

“My goodness, a self grinding coffee bean, brewing pot, never heard of such a contraption!”
They range in price from $300 (too much !!!!) to around $40, Nancy and I bought a Black and Decker grind pot for $20 on sale just before Christmas (normally $40) It works very good, makes awesomely fresh coffee, and is a joy to make coffee in. Its even programmable, making a fresh pot to wake up to in the morning.

Well, $20.00 isn’t bad at all. I like the idea of grinding beans, nice smell. Then there’s the brewing smell which is just so great, especially as one looks out the window at fresh falling snow.

I got it at Walmart, and it has just as good a warrenty as the Cuisinart $300 pot!
The sound of the grinder is a nice wake up sound being in the kitchen far from the bedroom, and the smell of the newly ground beans and the brewing coffee levitate me right out of bed with ease! That first cup is just about the best wake up ever,

Don’t listen to SF. She’s an Ursa Major and tends to hibernate in winter.
I, on the other hand, just started wearing long pants and shoes for the season and switched the single cover sheet for a lightweight blanket.
And we’re one inch away from an all time snow record for December.
I’m so hot I’m cool.

LOL. Well you don't take blood thinner either!! ;0)

I do recall your mentioning grilling steaks in shorts and a t-shirt not so long ago.
To: Lady Jag

Alas, I am a little tied up my self.
To: Soaring Feather

LOL..I just put my summer clothes in the guest room the first of the month..but we had some really nice warm weather going for awhile..It’s 45 right now and my warmy socks feel good. I race to feed the birds early morning in my nightie but am now donning a jacket before venturing out.
Are you loving your snow!?

Some think I must have been born under the auspices of Mars, considering the amount of combat I’ve managed to live through.

You wouldn’t think that you’d be good in combat.
Though you prefer the good life, your Archer’s aspects like your sense of adventure, ability to trust your instincts, and desire to stay safe are a few of your traits that helped.
