My Dragonfly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Ah thanks! I did get some lovely gifts last evening.
Oh, I was given Quince and Pear candles, can you beat that one? They smell just heavenly.
Did you notice the Christmas Wreath on your comments page, I was beginning to wonder if FR was going to do Christmas, in years past the entire front page would be very festive.

;o)
Glad you have a day to relax! Enjoy, Tude.
I have never bought catnip! I must try that!
Silky has been having a great morning”stalking” the white wing dove that comes right up to my sliding door and walks around in the atrium like area of my patio. Then I heard a loud thump and sure enough I have lost my second dove of the year..I put it in a shoe box and covered it with a little towel but it did not make it..Silky was fascinated with all this and I hated it, of course..
I have just gotten out my favorite red lounging outfit and put it on the bed..I see Silky is sleeping halfway on it and partly on my new throw..She owns me.

The smell of the candles sounds fantastic. Yes, I did notice the Christmas wreath. It is a very nice touch. Hope that the gifts are what you wanted or could use. One year I received a belly-button lint remover brush.

Cats do own their humans. They have to deposit their fur on everything. I put on my uniform and have to take tape to it. If it is fresh from the cleaners, she has to get a fair amount of fur on it before I leave. I once tried removing the fur in her presence, she quickly proceeded in rubbing her body against my leg. So I clean the fur off in the parking lot out of her view.

I do not know if I will get out of my robe today. I am not expecting any visitors so I just may be lazy today.

belly-button lint remover- Gads!!
Well, I received the paper shredder and the watch, now I can rid myself from years of old receipts in a timely manner! LOL
To: Soaring Feather
Paper shredders are neat and useful. Their use would cut down on identity theft besides making it easier to toss the shredded receipts and such. The shredded papers would also make good packing for those fragile items that are going to be stored for a long time.

I am doing the same..Mine is fleecy and as comfortable as it gets. It’s like a long nightshirt..just a bit heavier. It’a a bright sunny day here..60 degrees and the birds and squirrls have me entertained..I will OD on every Christmas show on TV today..
I have the “Christmas scents pack” simmering on the stove to make it smell like I am cooking wonderful spicy things ..LOL! I will light a fireplace log when it starts to get dark. I love these..I don’t have a good spot to store wood and they are so much “cleaner” and easier to deal with than wood.
Coffee tastes particularly good today.

How do you make your “Christmas Scents pack”? It does sound nice. My apartment could use a different smell other than Fabreze.
