Oh truly gorgeous, well done. Thank You.
Thanks, back flare ups are a way of life for so many of us. ;0)
;o) I do love making graphics! Well..I am snug in the bed..looking out on a clear day and with no pain..It’s when I get up my trouble starts..I have been watching Hallmark channel and considering cooking for me!
I always get ambitious when I find relief..
Have a wonderful Christmas gathering..I wish I had one of your cookies and a sausage roll! I will probably be back to post more graphics..to “all” lest I get someone’s comments page filled up..
;o)

Meg, if you wish something to frame in the Lair, why don’t you frame WJ’s poem the day before, the day before. I bet he would love that and so would all of us.
Going to hunt..BBL.

Oh so pretty, perfect for the poem, thank you.
Shoot, should have posted this on the last post: I’ll be leaving soon for the family get together, will be back later this evening.
Have a good time all, don’t get too rowdy! LOL
Is it morning yet? I must say that the Lair has many beautiful graphics and postings for this wonderful Christmas season. Happy to hear that WJ is feeling better after 19 hours of sleep and the he with stealth took the coveted # 1400 spot. Unfortunately through his advanced age he had forgotten that a regular gargle a few times per day with a fine spirit would kill most germs and put a glow on one’s outlook. I hope that everyone is fine and has gotten all of the Christmas shopping done.
I am playing today..We had our gift giving and celebration Sunday so..so I can!
Gargling with spirits a few times a day with fine spirits would certainly put a glow on!..LOL
With the redundancy in text and other mistakes, you can tell by the posting that I haven’t consumed a lot of coffee. LOL.
Good to hear from you!! Yes, we have been busy making pretties for the Lair. My family draws names so it is easy for us to shop for family. Gift certificates are great.
News, my mouse is dieing, LOL.
Do you plan some family plans or marching off to the salt mines?
Yes, good news for Johnn’s recovery.
Happy happy to you!
I did not notice...I’m going to go get more coffee.!
I ripped this off from Kathyinalaska
From this mornings email......
A blonde woman goes to the post office to buy stamps for her Christmas cards.
She says to the clerk, May I have 50 Christmas stamps?
The clerk says, What denomination?
The woman says, God help us. Has it come to this?
Give me 6 Catholic, 12 Presbyterian, 10 Lutheran and 22 Baptists.

Oh hallowed night in starlight so bright
we celebrate His birth among us that night
as Angels sang of a coming of man’s King
Herod feared his title lost as men did sing
sent the Magi to discover Him so to expose
but they followed a dream sent in repose
The Dove was safe in Egypt until recall
after Herod’s final mortal moment’s fall
Celebrate the birth of the King of Kings
who’s songs of praise the ages will ring
Merry Christmas
As we celebrate Jesus birth
A day that is to be filled with mirth
A day that to be kind to one another
And treat all as if they were your brother
But in modern times both near and afar
All that is heard are the drums of war
People affected by the wars misery
Will be written in the pages of history
The days prior to Christmas the merchants were stocking their shelves
As employees were acting as elves
The lights and signs beckoned the shoppers to come in and look at his wares
And spend money so freely and without a care
To see smiling faces on Christmas morn
While some forget that Jesus is born
And the Credit Card Companies are clapping their hands with glee
Imagining that they will get usurious percentage fee
We should not forget to celebrate Jesus birth
A day that to be filled with mirth
A day that to be kind to one another
And treat all as if they were your brother
