Oh come on, I’m 47, 6’ and have never weighed over 175. I do not exercise and always eat whatever and whenever I want. I can still carry a Dodge 360 engine block around. 200+ for me just ain’t gonna happen unless I spend a WHOLE LOT more time sittin’.

Ah, my FRiend, no disrespect intended at all, but never say never. At 47 I was exactly as you are, and now, 10 years later, I’m proud to say I’ve lost the three-odd pounds I gained over Thanksgiving.

But... Due to some health difficulties that have since resolved, I still have 45 pounds left to go!

Hope you can dodge the “bullet.”

Age 55, 135 pounds, never exercise, eat anything, and have enough energy to survive by doing low skill manual labor.

As is pushing back from the desk, getting up from the chair, stretching and doing a toe-touch or two, walking to the door, going outside, doing a few deep-breathing moves, walking down the street to the 7-11, buying some beer and returning home.

Exercise...its a good thing.

The problem with this conclusion is that I know plenty of super skinny scrawny computer geeks who sit for 12 hours a day.

I find 230 lbs at 6’ 2” for a male to be attractive. Skinny is not attractive.

There will be a new number on the routine test battery....gravity index

The higher the number, the better you process the fat

“My cholesterol is down, My PSA is good and the Gravity Index is still up there”

I do not like sitting at a desk all day, day in, day out. It is very ... somehow, I think the word I want is, "stultifying" (as in, to make dull, inhibit, smother, et cetera). _______________________________________________________________________________ stultify (stul′tə fī′) transitive verb 1. 1. to make seem foolish, stupid, inconsistent, etc.; make absurd or ridiculous 2. to make dull or torpid 2. to render worthless, useless, or futile 3. Law to allege to be of unsound mind and therefore not legally responsible Etymology: LL stultificare < L stultus, foolish, akin to stolidus, stolid + facere, to make, do ____________________________________________________________________________ stultify v. 1. To ridicule make a fool of, make ridiculous, make absurd, mock; see ridicule. 2. To inhibit smother, stifle, suffocate, have a dulling effect on, negate; see also hinder. ________________________________________________________________ http://www.yourdictionary.com/stultify
