Missing student may have been porn star (Plot Twist in Missing Kansas girl case)

EL DORADO, Kan. - A missing Kansas college student believed to be the victim of foul play apparently led a double life as an Internet porn star by the name of Zoey Zane.

Nude photos of 18-year-old Emily Sander appeared on a Zoey Zane Web site before she vanished, and investigators are looking into whether her modeling had anything to do with her disappearance last Friday.

"She enjoyed it. She is a young teenage girl and she wanted to be in the movies and enjoyed movies. She needed the extra money," Nikki Watson, a close friend of Sander's at Butler Community College, told The Associated Press on Wednesday. "Nobody in El Dorado knew besides her close friends."

Sander's brother, Jacob Sander, confirmed that the nude woman pictured on the site is his sister.

Hmmmm...big plot twist which adds a whole new dimension to this case, as well as perhaps answering the question as to why she would leave a bar with a strange Mexican guy, if she was engaged in extracurricular employment on top of her internet porn "work".

Sander recently signed a contract for the pornographic work on the Web site, and told her parents about it on Thanksgiving, Watson said. Her boyfriend broke up with her because he did not approve, Watson said.

I'm thinking that last sentence is the understatement of the century.

I think I would even disagree with that. The sad part is that this young woman felt that it was acceptable and fun. A close friend said that "she enjoyed it". I don't think that she did it out of desparation that she felt she needed to do it for the money. She wanted to. That is truly sad.

Gotta disagree with your disagreement - the sad part is that this young teenage girl had been exposed to sex, porn, and prostitution at such a tender age. To say that she enjoyed it is probably the most damning epitaph imaginable, as far as her family is concerned.

I have to disagree with your disagreement of his disagreement.

Zoey had what they call a 'solo girl website'. The basic setup is some guy in his own home or in the basement of his mother's home, will take pictures of different girls and create separate websites where all they do is pose in bikinis, topless or butt nakied.

Now this guy was kind enough to delete Zoey's website yesterday but a cache copy can be found and all she does is pose in bikinis or nude. There is no sex, prostitution or 'porn' involved. I don't know why the media is calling her a porn star.

I also believe she enjoyed it. She just signed a contract with the guy, there isn't any sex and it's easy money.
