WFB's attempt to emulate us ; ) No pushing at the door please!
-it’s gotten dark here.......ominious......probably the black cloud that followed hillary back from Vegas last night. (giggle) the snow flakes just doubled in size.....they are HUGE
I don't usually go there anymore. I did my duty for quite some time. But it is a dangerous place for the soul cause you can become too angry and ugly trying to make someone see your point who refuses to release his own prejudices. Even for sake of argument.
the snow is covering my car and the grass, and the leaves along the curbs.....kinda pretty
Now you have to change your tagline.
Mmmm.
-blue skies and snow flurries remain. I will have to reconsider my tagline........
Pespicacious Ping.
The grass is back.
our grass is still fresh and green...bright green. unusual for mid-november. the snow has already melted off.......but the flurries continue
LOL!! oh lordy! i knew i would hit on someone with my memaw/papaw rant!
good God almighty you DO live amongst the inbreds! a newspaper editor???
will add you to my class list. welcome!
This 3 yr old child was not taught to say Papaw....it was ingrained I tell ya!
btw, for her first couple years, I was 'Mimi'...(who knew!)
..maybe she's French Suthren!
Earlier in the week a motel clerk was arrested for pandering his WIFE to an undercover officer. Their 3 kids were staying in the next room no less.
Until you brought it up, I had never heard of such “meemaw” nonsense. Makes “Nana” sound elegant.
good grief~! you are certainly in your milieu there arentcha? ; )
Room service?
i swear i think i have even seen cards in stores, for various occasions, addressed that way. Nana, while annoying, at least makes sense. the mimaw sounds like an indian dialect maybe or something?
how is papaw pronounced? bc PAPA is fine. pap [as in smear]- aw is how i am thinking it is pronounced.
