1. LSU loses to Arkansas or Tenn or Georgia
If I'm the Bayou Bengals, UGA would be the team that would scare me the most of those three. As I understand it, the Vols still control their own destiny in the East. Anyone else know the SEC East situation in more detail?
2. Oregon loses to Oregon State or UCLA (or Ariz)
With the loss of Dixon for UO, that team is in deep trouble. They didn't have to respect their spread O when Dixon went down, so I could see the Bruins and possibly the Beavs getting them again in the Civil War.
3. Oklahoma loses to Texas Tech or Oklahoma State, Kansas beats Missouri and then Oklahoma beats Kansas.
Everything will clear itself up in the BCS mess once the Big XII is decided I think. If it ends up KU/Oklahoma...jeez, where's Danny Manning and Waymon Tisdale when you need them?
4. Cincinnati or UConn beats West Virginia
No offense intended to the WVU fans here, but the Big East has been unpredictable as all get out this season. On paper, the Mountaineers might be the best team out of those three, but my track record of predictions this season has been...well, not that good.
5. Ohio State beats Michigan.
Well, yeah first things first, as they say...:)
Okay kids, who’s up for some late night football? Anyone? Anyone??
*crickets chirping*
Eh, in case you’re awake, you can join me for an ESPN2 battle between #16 and undefeated Hawaii and Nevada. The Warriors have BCS aspirations, even if they haven’t really played anybody and Colt Brennan is banged up. Just watch if you can’t sleep, it might be entertaining. :)
Tennessee wins out, they win the SEC East.
Tennessee loses to Vandy or Kentucky, and Georgia beats Kentucky, Georgia wins the East.
Tennessee loses and Georgia loses, Florida goes to Atlanta.
UGA needs a Tenn lost....Fla needs one UGA lost and one Tenn lost....if theres a three way tie FLA gets the nod since they would have a better SEC east division record.
