Thank you for the update. Is it a good thing that the case will be prosecuted in Newton County, in your opinion?
I do not know much about the prosecutors in Newton or Barry county. However, I have little doubt that either one would be better than McDonald County with the prosecutor we currently have. I kid ya not, just about ANYWHERE would be better than here.
I have no doubt whatsoever that if this were to somehow get dropped in our prosecutors lap, a plea deal would be made and there would never be a trial.
