After whipping the teen, the stripper placed a collar around his neck and led him around the classroom with a leash, telling him he had been a "bad boy" for not doing his homework. She then put on a Britney Spears tune and stripped for the shocked class, witnesses told Sky. The teacher was shocked... right. It's not like there was ample opportunity to stop it...

Why was there no intervention? The teacher just stood there “shocked”? For what, 15 minutes? No one’s in charge. Nothing but a bunch of sheep. I’m ROFL trying to picture this scenario with some of the teachers I’ve had.
