Since you are still speaking of the past........why yes, each one of those schools has actually been National Champions in the past decade.

How bout your great Rambling Wreck in the past decade?

This year?

Oops..........sorry, surely they will be in the, um, er.......Motor City Bowl.......

........Choose LSU before it's too late!

Top ten by total number of bowl wins:

# University Bowl Victories
1 Alabama 30
2 USC 29
3 Penn St 25
4 Tennessee 24
4 Oklahoma 24
6 Texas 23
7 Georgia Tech 22 (winning percentage of .629)
7 Georgia 22
7 Nebraska 22

Wolvereenies have a sparkling bowl game winning percentage of .474. No wonder they prefer to play in the "Big" 10 where hefties like Appalachian State are not there to kick them around.

Badgers knock off No. 13 Michigan 37-21

You'd think that a "Big" 10 school that almost never has to play a ranked team* could figure out how to win.

Penn State was #10. All other Michigan opponents this year have not been in the top 25 when Michigan played them. The way Ohio State is playing today, they may continue Michigan's streak of playing unranked patsies.
