I also read that using cast iron skillets is VERY good, as it absorbs iron needed for your body....ALSO, if you cook with wine, that is good, too, as the alcoholic part will burn off and leave behind what tastes like salt...without adding that extra sodium (which many many people eat too much of).

Mine one only gets blocked when under stress, (as in dragging heavy suitcases while rushing thru the airport, or chasing loose dogs), lol.

They will keep an eye on it, but unless I have more trouble they are going to leave it as is. They don’t use stents too often anymore, so we will see. Losing weight, and some gentle exercise should hopefully help some.

Boy, your husbands been thru a lot hasn’t he? Of course you have too, in conjunction with..........:) Controlling your weight is sooo hard. Hell, I gave up drinking, so giving up food too sux.

Didn’t know that about the wine, but I gave up most of the salt. Just a little while I’m cooking, but none on the table for me... Boo Hoo..butter too. I loooooooooved my butter and salt. Guess that’s why I got this way, ya think???? ;)

I can’t deal with cast iron skillets. I have them but hate to use them, even tho I know they’re good for you.

Oh, no. The Wonder Bra is a gift!

It’s a particular lack of pattern recognition that does it, like being blind to something that is right in front of you.
