Lots of places are, sharky.
However, some places in CO most definitely are NOT....
And, if one is willing to live in a nice clime, good air, decent place to raise children, and not needing to keep up with the joneses....it can be a decent place to live...for now.

That would be true for some places in Colorado...definitely not in the Western Slope, i.e., Grand Junction, Montrose, Loma, and surrounding area.

I sometimes wonder if ANY of these Fed Chairman know what the heck they are doing. They do.
Me thinks there is a lot of panic and manipulating going on behind the scenes.
Ya think? They stopped reporting M1, the leading driver of inflation. And the calculations for the inflation rate exclude food and energy. And the reported unemployment rate doesn't count people who have given up looking for a job.

Nic, I think you have been in the frigid north too long yourself. I did my time in Colorado....more than I care to recall. My description of the climate? Hell....frozen over. I HATED it!

lolol.
The western slope isn’t like Denver area (or Vail, Telluride, Durango), where the elevation is much higher.
I really liked the Western Slope and would like to move back there..... : )
(at the same token, just about any place *would* be warmer and sunnier than where I now live)
