LOL! Well, I need to go work out. Still running damage control from Christmas. “R” is a very bad influence on my eating habits. I’m trying to put that trend in reverse and get him eating healthier!

The first trick with a man is to set a standard by example, then let them think it is their idea. Even if it's unspoken, men are competitive and don't like to be shown up...especially by a woman. Second trick, prepare their food in a healthier way, making subtle changes so they don't notice it. I think the first one is somewhat in play; he's been eating salads all week...and I did get him to eat breakfast on Saturday AND Sunday.

Very good, Sweets.
When I was first married, I gradually reduced the salt in the food as it was cooked (egads....talk about salt consumption...!!)
(Now, looking back....I should’ve increased the salt! j/k)
