Thuh thrad Mongular, twistinator of evyerthang lineeyer.
Compacted global warming, compounded by sleat and some refrozen global warming.
Yes, my glasses are fogged.
Yer gafas are frogged? Watchabindoin, Darks?
Overheating, terribly.
But not melting the snow one bit.
You poor baby, you need some hot chocolate, huh? Tea?
Yes.
Me.
Yes.
Chiropracter and some icy hot.
(Back hurts again.)
Ouch.
What happened?
That bad? You need some tender care from the Missus.
He goes for the basket and..
OHHH, rejected!
*Ah.. that old Super Nintendo game NBA Jams..*
We’re about to get some of that “global warming” here too. Got snow predicted for Saturday. I’m going to have some VERY confused hummingbirds...although, I suppoe if the ice and the last couple of freezes didn’t send them packing, the snow won’t bother them either. Dangdest thing I ever saw. I’d love to get a picture of one of them at the feeder with the snow and bare trees in the background. No one would believe this. I get the weirdest responses when I tell people that I still have hummingbirds. Don’t they know it is almost Christmas? They should’ve been in South America 2 months ago!
They found somewhere warm to hole up, and have an unfrozen food supply apparently.
So long as it stays unfrozen, and they stay warm, they should be fine.
Those games can get a bit...tricky.
I’ve had to change out the feeders from freezing. Of course, I can’t take them in now because they wouldn’t have any natural food supply, so I guess I will have to rotate them so there is always one defrosted. They don’t make defrosters for hummingbird feeders. LOL! I DO have some strange critter experiences, don’t I? Goes WAY back, too. Seems to run in the family.
I was never good at basketball.
I see....well, not everyone is. ;D
I got beaked by a heron once.
And he wouldn’t let up either.
Kept poking me in the backside with his beak.
If you have an exterior weatherproof light fixture, a flood bulb of sufficient size, incandesant, should help keep it defrosted as long as the food is colored.
I don’t know how ot modify a feeder to accept a fishtank heater safely.
