It says this website declined to show it’s website. LOL Copy the URL into your browser's address box, and it will work.
The site that is hosting the image is checking the Referer header your browser normally sends when following a link or fetching an image. The header tells the site which page contained the link or image. If you configure your browser not to send the header, the image will show up normally. However, then other sites you may use may stop working properly.
Better idea: host the image on a site that doesn't check headers or enforce bandwidth quotas.

Is your browser set to not send the Referer header (tells the site what page contains the picture or link)?I don't understand that at all (my fault, not yours).

I know how beautiful WVA is. I went to school at Greenbriar, when it existed, near White Sulpher Springs. This was when WVA had no roads and the only way you could get anywhere was by plane or train. LOL
