It seems that Virgie’s attorneys are waiting for the probate judge to do his job.

He should just toss that will and start over, by asking for a list of Anna’s assets & heirs.

Heirs hoping that HK$ will be chucked overboard as executor of Anna’s estate. Don’t know what that does to LarrySue’s *bucks for the baby* deal!

If I were the judge...I'd also think about "Anna wanted Larry out of her Life"....We know that from "Howard" and the emails. She protested "vehemently" against acknowledging Larry as the "father".

It all works...all Howard had to do was produce the "I Hate Mommy" video.

BY the way...I'd say that Howard was "lacking" in that he didn't make a new will after Dannielynn was born. I'll bet that Anna didn't want him in it at all....and that's why it was never made...or did she make one giving Virgie and the aunt guardianship and control of the assets...which was destroyed by....guess who??? Howard or KE??
