WRT juvenile offenses and confinement - are certain police files confidential and/or purged from an individual’s record? Can juvenile offenders apply to law school with impunity?

Yes, certain files are purged from an individual’s record. IIRC, it happened to one of the Kennedy’s - Ted’s son? - who was caught with drugs. It also happened to the adult Rev. Jim Jones in Los Angeles. Jones was arrested on morals charges - an undercover agent? - and the judge dropped the case and sealed the record.

iirc, there are different standards for different violations. As regards to applying to law school, well, even convicted felons can study for a law degree in prison thru the prison library’s ability to order texts and online classes - now how’s that for wierdness?

thinking about hks’s childhood - why hasn’t any newscaster asked either bonnie or hks about their highschool? i mean, they’ve already been given a lead-in by Rale claiming that HKS played football in highschool...
