iirc, there are different standards for different violations. As regards to applying to law school, well, even convicted felons can study for a law degree in prison thru the prison library’s ability to order texts and online classes - now how’s that for wierdness?

Prisoners can study, have availability to research for their case etc. I don’t see anything wrong with anyone reading. The important part is.. they don’t get a degree.

Being degreed then killing .. now that is one sick weirdo!

oops, I should have added, they do not have internet access in any prison I know of. FEW trustees might for their work assignment but that too has declined from problems and public complaints. Hey, a new assignment for HKS.. as ‘trustee’. :D
To bad he is not to be trusted. 4x8 is what he deserves.
