Already do - I just don’t want the pharmacists to go nutz on me when they see it and make me do something I can’t afford or have to sign over my assets for - or in any way get into any kind of “indigent” system.

I did stop the infection on the underside of the really bad finger. I finally got the dead skin somewhat debrided, but it is still very thin and fragile. I treat that one differently from the rest of the rash that is all on the topsides of the hands and fingers.

I said 1998, he said 1997 - but he changes it all the time to say “a dozen years ago” or “almost 15 years ago” - when it is still just 10 years ago at most.

I have a photo taken by a pap of the first time ANS was out somewhere with her “new atty” - and even tho the story claims it was Valentine’s Day 1997, the actual date stamp on the photo says April 1998.

She went shopping for another bankruptcy atty in Jan 1998, when she was kind of at a rock bottom and no one would take her on, so that’s what I had always based my estimate on. Later, I found that photo, which kind of confirmed it for me.

BonBon’s crisis manager used to office down the hall from HKS around that time and claimed that’s when ANS showed up, too.

more on Daniel drugs:
Daniel was pronounced dead at 10:05 a.m.
http://www.earthtimes.org/articles/show/8727.html

Sep 10th, ‘07 - • On the morning Daniel died, a nurse found two white tablets....the muscle relaxant Carisoprodol and Methadone (PEOPLE has previously learned Smith had a prescription for Carisoprodol)

Nov 1, ‘07 - Dr. Wecht... Court TV...traces of Ambien, Benadryl and Elavil.

1. *NONE WERE AT A TOXIC LEVEL* [deja vu’]

2. Carisoprodol found in the bed - was it in Daniel’s body??? what does that mean?

3. Methadone, zoloft, Lexipro, Amitriptyline (?), Ambien, Benadryl, Elavil plus an ‘overthecounter sedative’ ?

ok, amitriptyline is Elavil, so we’re missing one drug to equal 7drugs. that would leave room for ch?

Didn’t ANS have some sort of antihistimine also? (don’t have ‘the list’ handy)

HOLLYWOOD - Co-defendants Ashley Judd and Entertainment Tonight have settled a lawsuit with reporter Larry Birkhead out of court, The Associated Press reports. The Louisville-based freelance entertainment writer accused Judd of making libelous remarks on ET about an article Birkhead wrote for USA Today.

The suit, filed in the Jefferson County Court, asked for punitive and compensatory damages...

For Daniel to have such a massive amount of drugs in his system...maybe 8 times the lethal limit, I've heard, wouldn't he have had to drink at least 1/2 to all the contents of the drink?

I don't think a sip or two would give a person that massive an overdose. This is contigent upon if he did get the drugs via a drink. All in MOO.

Here in PA we have Chip.I think that is what it is called. It is free medical for up to 18 years old. Then they have a Chip for adults. My son-in-law is trying for that because he has run out of coverage on his persciption plan until Jan.He has the shingles.I do know that you have a lot of protection from them saying you are indigent.I am trying to help my sister who is dying and mentally ill and I am not getting anywhere.I just want a visiting nurse but they will only go by what she says. She will not let anyone in.She will not answer my calls so I am going over there on Sunday and see if I can get anywhere with her.

If it's staph, you are putting your life in danger immediately.

If it's not, you are still putting your life in danger because as messed up as your hands sound, you could pick up any number of secondary infections, even the flesh eating bacteria.

Won't your doctor and pharmacist let you charge the bill and pay it off slowly?

Please go to a doctor.

Benadryl also is given to people who get nausea or vomiting when taking codiene. It allegedly works on the part of the brain that controls nausea and vomiting to counteract the effects of codiene on that part of the brain.

Taking benadryl or phenagran is the only way I can take pain pills made with codiene.

So I think that taking benadryl would interfer with the body's defense mechanism of throwing up the offending drugs during an overdose and help keep more of the drugs in one's stomach to be absorbed by the body. JMOO.

Oh, bless your heart - and your sister’s, too. I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having to deal with that. Didn’t you just lose another sister and a brother? Of course, I’m praying for you, as always.

search of splashnews shows nothing , doesn’t mean it wasn’t pulled - i do remember a story about him visiting grave.

did find this: (although the photo also is pulled)
http://www.tmz.com/2006/10/06/annas-boy-toys-smiling-together/

Before Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern went to war over Anna Nicole Smith’s newborn kid, the two men actually spent a lot of time together having fun. In these pictures taken last year, the dueling daddy candidates were spotted down under, frolicking with Anna around Sydney’s Luna Amusement Park right before the 2005 MTV Awards in Australia

BTW, my post was due to my worry about you. It hurts to know someone you admire is in pain and misery.

I have alot of allergies and I am always breaking out in rashes and hives so I know to be careful about infections.

Actually, one "allergic" reaction turned out to be a probable case of undiagnosed shingles and I suffered excuriating pain for years when my left trigeminal nerve was damaged due to it. Dang it! If I'd known, I'd have went to the doctor and might have avoided those years of pain.

Rte66, have you ever seen this website? I read about your hands this morning and I’m so sorry. This is my favorite natural health website. It has thousands of testimonials from people who have or have not had success with certain remedies. You can click on search at the top of the page and type in anything you want to look up. The first testimonial is the latest post from yesterday and the second one is about a skin condition.
I hope you can find something inexpensive that will help you. Good luck.

BLADDER INFECTION REMEDIES
10/25/2007: Kay from Knoxville, TN writes: “I’m an RN and don’t have health insurance, go figure. But I did have a bladder infection that had been nagging me for 2 weeks. I knew I couldn’t afford a doctor visit and UA culture, so I’ve been guzzling cranberry juice (and borrowing antibiotics) with no success. Yesterday, it became unbearable and I found this website. I went through ALL the testimonies, made a list of what I needed from the store and spent less than $10 on everything I bought. First I drank ACV in water. I waited an hour and drank sea salt in water as prescribed here. I was already feeling immediate relief. Next, I took a bath in ACV, baking soda and sea salt. I ate a can of asparagus and drank the juice. By now, there is NO pain. For the rest of the evening, I drank cranberry juice diluted in filtered water. Drank more ACV and baking soda before bed. Slept through the night and awoke with absolutely no symptoms. Am going to stay on ACV and the baths for a couple of days, then do maintenance of one glass of ACV in water/day.

This truly works. I should have known there was a ‘natural’ cure. Eight years ago I was told I would only live a year if I didn’t undergo chemo/radiation for breast cancer. I refused and instead, I juiced myself into total remission. This bladder infection is the only “illness” I’ve had in 8 years and still didn’t need a doctor! Thank you for this website.”

5/19/2007: Janet (rik_kemp@hotmail.com) from Morayfield, Queensland writes: “I have suffered from skin ailments all my life. I had heard about coconut oil but it seemed too simple an idea to really work, and I had tried every remedy, scientific and natural, under the sun and nothing ever worked. So after reading all the latest hype about coconut oil I decided “why not?’ Well, sometimes I wish wasn’t such a sceptic and then I might have tried it years ago. How it works I don’t know but after less than a week of applying it twice a day my rash had cleared up, the redness and itching was gone, and has stayed gone despite the fact that I have stopped using my usual prescription anti-inflammatory cream. The kind I use is the extra virgin pure coconut oil made without chemical processes. I’m now taking it orally too.”

They had me on oxycontin, lortab for break through pain, elavil to help regenerate the nerve, valium as a muscle relaxer (periodically they'd try other muscle relaxers but nothing helped), neurontin for the pain, and phenagran or benadryl for nausea and vomiting due to the codiene.

I wasn't myself during those years.

Thanks for your concern. It’s complicated. I don’t have a doctor anymore. If/when I ever find a new one and go, I have many many ailments never diagnosed or treated because of my financial situation.

I can no longer work and have to live off a very small monthly income I have, just enough to cover shelter, storage of all my earthly belongings, and basic phone/internet, then about $100 for “everything else.” I am just existing - but have been doing this for over 3 years now.

Although I’m angry, I’ve accepted this is the way it has to be and I get through each day with little projects to keep my mind busy.

I will get past this, but I have to scream about it - which is what I’m doing here, since I can’t anywhere else - until it gets better. It will. God won’t leave me here on this rock where He put me. I know that for a fact.
