I am so far behind. I went offline and then fell asleep very early last night. In slow motion the last few days.

Oh, I know the snoops are out. If not stealing someone else’s research, they are looking for howie is my thought.

ET totally did the site over and dumbed tons of videos and articles about the case! One way to cheat IF any cache copy is left is if you have part of the article. If you put part of the sentence in google and hit search, it sometimes brings up a cached paged. you have to click on the “cached” link not the head link to get it though. Sometimes that will at least give you a board or blog that has it too. Better than nothing .

What kind of ethical attorney practice would have condoned the improper atty/client relationship that HK$ fostered with Anna?

Certainly the various attorneys (like Boesch) would or should have known about it and stopped it.

Unless Howard, the “capable resource”, was given the assignment to *control* Anna for the sake of the billion dollar *investment*.

From the Seattle Times article:

Birkhead testified that he and Smith had a falling-out in May 2006 when he didn’t obey her request to buy her a pair of sunglasses. She yelled at him, and that was the last time he saw her. Shortly after that, he says, the model moved to the Bahamas.

That seems to settle the question of whether Birkhead saw Anna in January ‘07 - *he last saw her in May 2006*

Thank you so much. I think this is another example of how devious and dishonest Howard K. Stern is. If he can’t win legally and fair; he’ll lie and steal. Taking those confidential documents was the same as stealing. I hope this little act comes back to bite him bigtime when he goes after the Marshall money.

In Anna’s volatile states of mind - sober or not - she may periodically have wanted to - change her will, spend more time with family - make amends with her mother -IIRC, according to Virgie she did - and that must have scared HOwie.

Anything in the will that would have limited HOward’s *executor role* - creates a problem for him and his cronies.

It’s clear why he villified Virgie and created that *hate Mommy* video. He could not tolerate anyone but himself *owning* Anna Inc. Who else knew she would die so young?

That Marilyn Monroe idol worship is another crock. For, if Anna was a student of Marilyn - she certainly knew or read that Marilyn’s suicide was highly suspect. There has been that inference, Anna took CH as a copy cat act.

If Howie is the target of the investigation by the Attorney General’s office , he should be denied his request to serve as executor,IMHO. Also, we can assume that Anna didn’t read or fully understand what she signed. Even Judge Seidlin questioned that will, didn’t he ?

Seidlin surely did comment on the strange will. IMO, Howard actually lost his “will job” when Danny died...BECAUSE it excluded all others.
