Did anyone else happen to watch The Unit tonight? This was one of my favorite shows up until tonight. If you did not watch to show last week or tonight, the members of The Unit were being set up by someone in the government for killing terrorism prisoners. According to a CIA type it was insinuaded that right wingers had set The Unit because the Left couldn't be trusted on terrorism. It is always the conservatives who come off as the bad guys!
Yep, hubby was watching it while I was at the computer. When I heard that line, I hollered, “UH-OH, HERE IT COMES”. My husband turned it off immediately. We won’t be watching it again.
I heard it was on the line to be cancelled after last season. We cancelled it at our house tonight!
I'm not surprised by that and niether should you.
Don’t let that stop you from enjoying the show.

Yep, great show soiled by socialism (what they call liberalism). I immediately turned it off and will not be watching it again. What a shame.
I’ll start by saying I have yet to see tonights episode (5 more minutes, popcorns popping!).
I thought that the accusations against the Unit last week was that they were going all Apocolypse Now and doing their own thing, without the control of the government. Part of that being the oil guy that Jonas was suppose to kill but didn’t (No records of it being a government sanctioned mission).
And those accusations were made because that CIA agent claimed the Unit had what was in that safe deposit box in TX, which the CIA didn’t like.
No kidding, it's still a good show that shows the Army in a good light. It's just what we have to deal with when the majority of writers are pin headed liberals.
Personally, one of my favorite shows is Boston Legal. It's a left wing orgy but Denny Crane cracks me up and I have to see what he does next.
I hear you. Good show. Excellent cast. Despite annoyances it was a very good episode. Bob in the shower. The Colonel tricking the witch wife. Max in captivity. Loved it when Jonas had the encounter with the 2 CIA guys.

BTTT — Just to let the lib pinhead writers know we’re paying attention and they write such crap at their own risk (ratings loss).
I watched the show last night and it appears that only objection the UNIT had was to the execution of prisoners not their detention. It seems to me that even under military code, prisoners still have due process and an official record of their executions. The UNIT members themselves were falsely persecuted to cover up an illegal operation by dishonorable elements. In the end, they chose to remain w/the Army and continue doing their duty.
But you miss the point. The implication was that the “dishonorable elements” were CONSERVATIVES.

I'm with you on Boston Legal. The moonbat, lefty positions are so far out there that to win in court they have to be presented before a senile judge, ably played by Shelley Berman.
