Vanity: Do we still have troops in Bosnia and what was the original time line?

I keep thinking that BJ Clinton sent troops to Bosnia / Yugoslavia with a dead line that all would be home by ____________________.
I think we still have troops there - but maybe as "nato".
All this talk of Iraq time lines on so forth makes me curious, is all.

No, you are right. He said that all of the troops would be home by Christmas.
I’m also sure that he extended it a bit.And troops are there under blue helmets.
I remember that one guy was prosecuted for refusing to serve in the blue helmet brigade.
