I don’t know but I’ve heard you should leave a tip.

That looks really uncomfortable.

If I said what I thought it looked like, it’d be rehab for me.

When I was a chaild...I caught a fleeting glimpse.
A distant ship...smoke on the horizon.

I heard this song today while driving. Haven’t heard in a spell and thought, “hmm this is really one of my favorites, so why isn’t on my Ipod?”
BAD COMPANY lyrics - Silver, Blue & Gold
In the beginning, I believed every word that you said,
Now that you’re gone my world is in shreds.
Oh, you loved me and left me,
You took all the things that I needed so bad,
I’m standing here wondering where is the love that I had?
Oh, give me silver, blue and gold,
The colour of the sky I’m told,
My ray-ay-ain-bow is overdue.
In the beginning, yeah,
There was something of love that was mine,
Now that it’s gone, whoa, I’m cryin’.
Oh, the time that it takes for a love
To grow cold is a wonder to me,
I’m walkin’ around with my head
Hangin’ down, tell me where is she?
Give me silver, blue and gold,
The colour of the sky I’m told,
My ray-ay-ain-bow is overdue.
Don’t forsake me ‘cause I love you.
Don’t forsake me ‘cause I love you.
Give me silver, blue and gold,
The colour of the sky I’m told.
My ray-ay-ain-bow is overdue.
Give me silver, blue and gold,
The colour of the sky I’m told.
My ray-ay-ain-bow is overdue.
Now, give me silver, blue and gold,
The colour of the sky I’m told.
My ray-ay-ain-bow is overdue, yeah.
Oh, don’t forsake me ‘cause I love you.
Don’t forsake me ‘cause I love you, yeah.

This thread is way too much fun! FReepers are so hilarious! Thanks for a great laugh. I hope this turns out to be one of those classic threads.

My thoughts? Heck, nobody ever asks to hear my thoughts anymore. When I was very young we had one of those Easters where Mom thought it would be cute to get us all baby ducks. Kinda dumb, really, but that's how they did things back in the 50's. Do you know how much baby ducks crap? Especially when they get to be big ducks? I didn't think so, but that's why they don't do that stuff anymore. These days you get candy with razorblades in it. Oh, wait, that's Halloween. I never got any razorblades myself even when I started to need them, but that was after I got out of the Navy, but I could still Trick or Treat if I wore a really good costume because I'm not real big and can talk in a falsetto voice, like this: < falsetto voice > "Trick or Treat!" < /voice > See? I mean, wouldn't you give a little nipper like that candy, especially when he's holding a gun to your head? It's too bad you can't trick or treat for beer. Well, maybe you can but I didn't think of it anyway. I still use the costume and the gun and the falsetto voice but it's to hold up liquor stores these days. They don't have any ducks, but they do have razorblades. And beer.
I really like Halloween, don't you?

I feel badly for him. I firmly believe that he is innocent and was railroaded by the anti-doping agency.
I’ve followed this issue a bit more than casually. I think that cycling has had too many doping scandals, but this one is not one of them.
Landis noted in an interview that not one doping investigation has been found to be without merit. That is a scandal in itself. A few years ago, an olympian was DQ’d for using an anti-balding medicine that was prescribed and approved by the USOC, but he still got DQ’d.

Oh, I’m sorry, I posted this before reading all the responses. I’m so embarrassed to discover that I’m the only one who was on-topic.
I’ll fix that now.
