"The only program I can’t run is Quickbooks,"

Ummm, Why not?

QB for Mac even intergrates with all of Apple's apps, like iCal.

I asked at the Apple store and the associate said that there have been some complaints about the ability to process certain functions with the Mac. It’s more of an Intuit issue than a Mac issue. Besides, I don’t feel like speding so much on another license when I already have one.

I am a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. The Mac version does not have all the functionality of the Windows version, making it unacceptable for many business applications. I got a cheapy XP machine just to run Intuit products and Microsoft Access, programs I need to support my client base. I’ve made the switch to Mac for everything else. Intuit doesn’t seem to get it yet, that so many people are making the switch. When the new version of QuickBooks comes out next month, a new Mac version will not be included. I am hoping they are going to go with a more robust version of the Mac version and that is the reason for the delay.
