Vanity Need Laundry Folding Help (experts only)

Ok before ya'll freak out listen.

Anyone that knows us OP and King Vanity I will not have to explain this too.

Others I am a Medical Care Provider and my work requires complete cordination;innovation;skill and my rule is "everythng has its place".

That is great when doing pricise procedures and having medical supplies all packed in orderly packages, shifts run in compliance to the shift before.

Organized down to when vendors come and meds are ready each month all to stock.

Almost as if military.

Here is the issue that has me in a frustrated avoid the task issue.

In the Last year I have lost my laundry room folding employee and at $15 an hour we are not only needing a laundry folder (no laundry wash or dry I do that) and a medical supply stock person.

We are looking at ( I use a nationwide reputable temp service we do background/drug ect at our expense) advertizing for migrant (name your country) workers. The locals who show up can't pass drug tests or just lack of whatever to secure a job with us and yes we do require employees with secure backgrounds more then your local hosp. does. I can bet a pony on it.

Bottom line I have been doing the stock and it can't sit there as we live in a rain forrest so it has to be brought in to the house ASAP and well then I just stock it.

Laundry I have a system down but a few to fold loads (tons of laundry in a medical care home) may sit out for a few dayz. I have cringed but can handle that my biggest and most PMOff issue is I cannot figure out how to fold the TWIN size Fitted sheets.

I can't just ball them up and stow them. Can anyone tell me how in the heck do you easily and neatly fold these monsters.

I have matching flats and like to keep them together to save time.

Yes dumb vanity but I would get the laundry folded ( waiting for a replacement) more timely as it came out if I did not have these fitted twin sheets to deal with.

A tootsie roll? LOL

If you fold it flat then lay it between the final fold of your flat sheet, tuck in the pillow case, voila, all three pieces are stored together and sets can be stacked neatly, each set ready to grab :)

Sure, pm me. I’m intrigued.

But...the million dollar question is, why does a laundry folder make $15 dollars an hour??? If I was closer I would apply ;-)

One thing you could do is to go out and buy a quality twin-fitted sheet. Then open the package, and slowly unfold the sheet, reversing the way it was folded, noting how each fold occurred. This should help you discover how to get a neatly folded twin-fitted sheet.

Oh Babe your missing out on the Burberry Colonge laced sheets.

I did not mean babe in a sexual harrasment mode...more as advertizing. Disclaimer.

Ask WarDaddy about Burberry Jackets...I as a female love the scent of Burberry so I sprinkle my sheets with it.
Like having the use of a good strong cigar laced scent.

ey works in my chaste good dreams....
“dream” I am on my way to play Bingo and wallah...Burberry man vipers into my dreams...
Darn it I get back on wakey life shift before his lips touch the nape of my neck...then I wake up get on the job and curse my fan for blowing tinkle berry dog dust/hairs to me while I sleep.

Ok for the first time in History.

We are now home bound so I buy my twin fitted sheets from a Company Store.

I get up to suction/RPT/G-tube amd all the jazz with KV shutting dow but his mind is still going mega bites, hence we have lectures coming in on DVD to let him continue absorbing regardless of his from the nose down body shutting down.

Sorry for the bad explain but that is it in a nutshell.

Y can do history on him by name if so desire.

I am so busy getting his DVDs ordered and it is giving him hope to learn more.

Remember in the old Star Trek show the guy that was so badly burned and disfigured/loss of limbs but lived on with a secure and intelligiant mind?

That is what we have. Lucky for us KV does not need to sleep in a Star Trek bot suit....but has to be hooked up to many lines to live.

Yet he is the Nick Romney guy.
I am the D.Hunter Gal

he loves FR as we have the screen up on the wall so he can read along.

And he loves satire.
I am positive beyond his lectures he is going to get much more out of laughing at the posts here during this election 2 year fold.

Cool.

At $15 an hour, that laundry folder was underpaid. I suggest running more ads but this time offer $28.50 an hour as that is going rate for professional laundry folders. Also say in the ads that a college degree is required. Not that it is, really. But that will attract better candidates and give the person you eventually hire better self-esteem as they will now be able to say they have a “college-level” job.

Please seriously consider this suggestion:

If you can’t solve the problem, then change the problem. (Think outside the box.)

WHY do the sheets need to be folded? (If you can answer this and reject my suggestions below, I’ll try again to solve your problem in another post.)

Just get a hamper/box/whatever where you can dump them when they’re finished drying. Still a place for everything and everything in its place. Please consider this, even if the other posts have helped you learn to fold. You don’t need extra work in your life and folding sheets that don’t really need to be folded is time you can better spend on something else.

If they need to be folded due to space considerations, consider one of those vacuum storage systems. Basically the way they work is that you stuff everything into an airtight plastic bag and suck the air out. They get compressed into a small space. Another alternatiive is, as I think an earlier poster suggested, rolling them - fold them loosely, sloppily lenghtwise to achieve the desired width and then roll up like a sleeping bag.

Best regards. God bless you and your entire household.

Thanks for your response.

We have a big surg day coming up so we took the laundry and laid it over too be folded later.

We cut out of here and went on a off the cuff adventure and that was well lets just say we will be kinda tired and we did some fun stuff that made our hearts race and we laughed.

BTW Tons of the laundry is out there... but we choose to go work on his/mine ideas.
