My sons first Hog Hunt (vanity)

My son and I went hog hunting yesterday. We were shooting from stands about 25 yards on a down angle as the stands wre about 12 feet tall.
A big old porker came out and started grubbing around and my son lined up with his S&W 629 6 inch 44 mag and fired one off.
The hog just stood there! So he thumbs the hammer and lines up for another and the damn thing jst fell over!
One shot, One kill!
205 lb russian! It is the black one.

It filled three freezers. Some got ribs and hame will be grilles and smoked from this one.
Got to make some pork and saurkraut as well for the kid, It’s his favorite.
