I should have said...
"The Chief started as the original Dallas Texans of the AFL, don't ya know!"
The 1952 Dallas Texans were the first NFL franchise there and they later became the Baltimore Colts of Unitas and Company fame. Not those prissy Indie Dolts of today!

Touchdown RRRRRRRRRRRRAIDERRRRRRRRRRRRS
To: CounterCounterCulture
I’m watching the Chicago/San Diego game, it seems like neither team wants to win this one.

I think the Bears offense is trying to lose this game on purpose. The D can do so much..

Might as well. No sense in the Browns handing the Cowboys a number one pick without at least trying their own.

Raiders give up TD and now lose the ball. Detroit on the 5.
Raiders looked good there for awhile.

G’night Raiders. 0-1 start.
Back to the U.S. Open. Can Roger Federer win another championship?
To: CounterCounterCulture
Fumble again....gesshhh. Raiders pick up where the left off last year.
Too many mistakes/turnovers. This team should be a lot better than last year but won’t win many games with all these turnovers.
To: scott says
Lions clinch it with another TD.

Maybe it's because I've met a few of the Chiefs Cheerleaders that I see other teams has having hotter cheerleaders... Regarding the history of the Chiefs and the AFL, I'm aware of it... Believe me, it's hard not to be, given the loss of Lamar Hunt last year. Though he was a Texan, he was very much a part of Kansas City, and he did a lot of good here, outside the sporting world. He's missed, believe me. The Chiefs are wearing a commemarative patch this year

Lets see if the Raiders can turn it over again in the last minute.....

Yes, Lamar Hunt was a class act all the way home and back. I had the great pleasure to met him and his lovely wife on a few occasions when I lived in Dallas in the late 1960s and early 1970s working for a talent agency. I also dated a few Dallas Cheerleaders along the way...
And "NO!" I ain't telling their names...
Those who have a need to know, know!
However, that still has not stopped me from admiring the current crop even if they all could be my grand... Gad I hate this... or great-granddaughters!
I tell ya...
