How are you, TLB, and the varmints?
Doing quite well! The varmints seem to have adjusted very quickly and I have no complaints.
We are currently in the middle of a major remodeling project that dominates out time. However, when finished we’ll add 1100+ more sq. ft of living space and a full bath to the basement so I keep telling myself it’s worth it.
