I love Haddock! just love it. I never get that fish here.
When it is broiled with salt pepper and lemon juice it is so good. Firm and flaky and mild in flavor

Thank you, MY. We are too. His little wife and Piper are really tired period. It’s hard to run up and down the roads with a 7-month old. And she wants her Daddy!

That Mustahd fried catfish wasn’t to shabby.
wish I had done better on the side dishes. I should have made a bechemel with worcestershire and cheddar cheese for the veggies.
I would have liked to serve that fish on a fresh bed of greens,tomato’s and green onions, with a lemon vinigrette, but we were winging it.
It was dang tastey
