Microsoft said it expects to release Service Pack 3 for Windows XP,

XP will still be the primary OS for a couple of years at least.

Yeah, but I loved the statement they made about SP3--that it "should not significantly change the Windows XP experience."

IOW--Use Vista, we've improved it!, but we haven't really improved XP at all.

I just got two new computers with an XP professional operating system and I love them. My old computer had Windows Millenium edition. Microsoft should be shot for releasing that mess.

My other computer had Windows 98. I had them both on my home computer network and as you might imagine, they hated each other.

I had my new home network profesionally set up and the Computer tech told me he wouldn’t sell a computer with a Vista system if he was paid to do it.
