I live in an upscale LI town. Growing up we didn't even have keys to our doors. Now I am forced to do something I never thought I would have to...keep a sidearm in a quick grab spot at all times. Why? A wave of daytime burglaries and home invasions has hit the town (averaging 5-8 per week).

Who is committing these crimes? My friends at the precinct tell me it's all the work of illegals crossing over from Queens. Who are their spotters? The guys mowing the lawns.
