I don’t know if there’s an “American Union” or not. But I do know this.
They are being vague for a reason and they are trying to do things under the radar for a reason. IF they were more open and above board none of this would even be an issue.
We the taxpayers have a right to know what’s going on and we have a right to approve of it or kill it. Some of the comrades may not agree but that’s tough noogies.
