Hundreds pose naked on shrinking Swiss glacier

Hundreds of people posed naked on Switzerland's shrinking Aletsch glacier on Saturday for U.S. photographer Spencer Tunick as part of a Greenpeace campaign to raise awareness of global warming.

The heat from their naked bodies will only cause it to melt faster.

Has this ever worked? Do you ever look at a group and say, “hey they’re naked, let’s hear them out”?

Wish I was back in college. I’d arrange a nude photo shoot as a protest too and invite the sorority houses to show their social conscience.

Glaciers are sensitive to climate change and have been receding since the start of the industrial age but the pace of shrinkage has accelerated in recent years.

Actually glaciers have been receding for over the last 15,000 years, or did they not know much of Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin were glacier covered not too long ago.

Is this not really when you stop and think of it, this protest exhibition for Nudist in various causes, is it not just another way for them to get the public to accept their life style, just like any other movement such as Peta and the SameSex crowd?

They introduce this in increments or the frog in a pot of cold water you know the rest, and than its too late...
