KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A man threw his seriously ill wife four stories to her death because he could no longer afford to pay for her medical care, prosecutors said in charging him with second-degree murder.

God bless you, your son and his lovely bride-to-be. You sound like the most terrific people and the world needs more like you. If love were what the movies make it out to be, this world would be a hideous place. I always think of the definition of love as dictated in Corinthians; and of course, the highest form of love, which our Lord showed to us.
My very dearest and best friend in the world died when I was 15 years old - she had leukemia, but I don’t recall what type - I look forward to seeing her in heaven one day. My life, however, was so enriched by her. It has now been almost 35 years and she still occupies my dreams, as well as my thoughts. A few of our other friends were deeply affected as well. God allows some of these brilliant stars to shine for only a “moment” but in no way does that minimize their worth. Time is something only we humans worry about.
I just read your post and cracked up. Those tall buildings will get ya every time, don’cha know.
I wonder why this woman was not on hospice if she was so ill. If she had been, Medicare would have picked up her medical expenses.
