Defending foreign criminals who hacked their OS to run on non-Apple computers is obviously an attack on Apple, especially when you call their attempts to defend themselves “BS”. Heck he even tried trotting out the “180 day rule for criminal prosecution” to defend those foreign hackers, and lied that Russian hackers wrote software used by our military, which he finally admitted was a lie months later.

Your denials are no better anyway, you started the BS on this thread of course and are known to create whole threads with bogus information such as claiming all support for Windows 2000 has ended even though it goes till 2010, your laughable excuse is you alone have a different definition of the word “support” LOL. Still not as bad as this guy, who created a vanity thread title of “Democrats ahead of Republicans on Open Source” once when it showed Democrats and the DNC running Linux and Republicans and Bush on true American products. That was a few years ago but the MO is still the same.

Unless you can demonstrate the criminal action, they are not criminals. One very *American* thing is the presumption of innocence.

We are a nation of laws are we not?

You have been warned and banned many times for thread hoping I would not jump back up on the mods radar if I were you.

See post 35, I manned up and admitted I could be wrong.. And, if it gives you warm and fuzzies, Ill say it out right. I was wrong. Can we now address that Google, RedHat and many other industry leading companies would not exist were it not for Linux?

As I said, I like Apple because they make good products. I will cease liking Apple if they cease making good products. To me the quality of their products outweighs their ethical lapses, such as threatening people who are engaging in (IMNSHO) fair use of copyrighted materials.

I also like Adobe, and they have four figures of my money too. I also criticized them for having a programmer arrested for working for a company that makes legitimate software that the FBI itself bought (acquitted, BTW).

You are the one trying to assign some kind of loyalty to companies, a kind of enslavement status where afterwards you are not allowed to criticize the almighty corporations no matter how unethical their actions. No wonder you're so beholden to Microsoft, just as badly as the Stallmanites are beholden to him.

Sorry GE, but unlike you and them I will let neither a software vendor nor a demagogue tell me how to think.
