Standing people up for lunch on Monday?
That’s just cruel...
I want a lunch break. Still too early here, though.
Oh, and speaking of being killed...you killed the thread!
I had lunch with Talon. Mmm, chicken wings.
now what is it I do?
Kill threads?
You killed it, I just didn’t resurrect it.
Corin killed it originally...I was trying to resuscitate it.
OK, I’ve made it to one o’clock. Can I go home now?
I hates Mondays...
‘Round these parts, I agree that a fixed sheath knife would be a bit odd. Maybe in rural places during hunting season it wouldn’t be a big deal. But a fixed sheath knife would probably be noticed.
But a folder in a sheath, or on a belt/pocket clip would not be unusual at all.
I wear my leatherman “wave” daily along with a folder on a pocket clip. Its never noticed as many people also have them.
I’m wearing neither today, only because I had to come into the courthouse where knives are verboten.
I’ve never been fond of Mondays either.
Me either, which is why I’m very happy that it’s Tuesday.
Wait... it’s not?
Oh, darn.
Be nice to me. I had to pick up Luke early from school. Clinic called, said he was “wheezing.” Not a good sign.
However, he’s well enough now to be annoying.
Well...that's...positive!
Changing the subject, is FR dog slow for anyone else?
And can I go home yet?
yes and no
You can go home now.
RIP, Porter Wagoner
Yep, that was posted yesterday.
Headin’ home.
Ah, I missed it yesterday.
The Grand Ol Opry up yonder is just about complete. There isn’t many left.
went out at 2 pm, cut thru the woods to the edge of the pasture/food plots. Spotted 8 big gobblers. Pulled back 100 yds, and used terrain to mask my approach... crawled the last 150 yds and under barbed wire, using a stand of milo to mask me... spotted one coming around the milo, and quickly got to my knees... within two minutes, I had four in range... picked out the one I thought had the biggest beard and dropped him at 25 yds...
11" beard, 1.5" spurs, about 23 lbs...
I shall name him, "Tumor Turkey"...
goin' in tuhmorrow... muh achin' back...
You’ll be in our prayers tomorrow (and following). Keep us posted.
thanks... they don’t cut till Wednesday...
hey, if’n I can get a DVD, yuh want one?...
