Ouch!

For story purposes, though, it *has* to be a prescription drug of some sort.

I still rather wish it could be something that I knew didn’t have much taste. :-\

I think the first time I heard the word "peckish" used was in Python's The Undertakers Sketch.

Do we have a list of things to include in our novels this year?

Eliminate the taste factor ... put the poison in something that has a strong taste. Curry, wasabi, a strong gumbo, something like that. The victim, unused to such strongly-flavored fare, won't notice the slightly chalky texture and bitter aftertaste ...

For story purposes, though, it *has* to be a prescription drug of some sort.

A lot depends on how fast you want it to kill the victim, and how important it is that it be undetectable in an autopsy. If you want something fast, and somewhat difficult to detect, Digoxin will do the job! By the time it is detected, there would be no antidote!

OK - I'm off! Or will be shortly! See you from Oklahoma!

The woods are lovely dark and deep
But I have promises to keep
And miles to go before I sleep.

I'm stuck in a bored mtg/vtc/fight all afternoon. And because we're linking to some folks on Mtn Time, I'll have to stay late. *grumble*

I'm supposed to be on the committee, (oh, I'm sorry, they call it a team), that is supposed to solve a problem. The thing is, I can solve the problem if they'd let me. (My solution is centered around some certain people being less lazy, but anyhoo...) But a team sounds so much more democratic, it has validity, and process! And a bunch of other jargon words....

shoot me now, plz.
