This is a horse chat thread where we share ideas, ask for input from other horsemen, and talk about our riding and horse-keeping. We have a lot of different kinds of riders and horses, and a lot to share, usually about our horses, sometimes about our dogs, gardens and other stuff we do. :~)
I have a ping list for horse threads that are of interest, and MissTargets will ping everyone most mornings. Let MissTargets and/or me know if you would like to be on the ping list.
So... like the previous threads, this is intended as fun place to come and share stories, pictures, questions and chit-chat, unguided and unmoderated and that we come together here as friends.

What a miserable first day - ‘course everything is downhill from that :) 7-3:30 are great hours I think, I’d love that.

Glad everyone got home safe and didn’t get eaten by a pig.
Was a little surprised when I woke up and I was at home! :~)
Last night I commented to Mack that it was awful quiet here:D!! Becky
And I bet that was not a bad thing either...
~Big sigh~ It’s all over and it all went well, and a good time was had by all :~)
There are a lot of pictures that haven’t been posted yet, and a lot from that long ride down by the pond when I didn’t have the camera that I’d like to see and save... so if you can either post them in the next day or two or upload them to that album I can go see, I’ll probably post some of mine that haven’t been posted yet today too.
Post any good* pics you can so we can all have ‘em... I’ll be posting a few more today too prolly!

I just got back from the feed store, I was COMPLETELY out, and the horses were staring at the house waiting!!!

LOL!! I was afraid that picture was gonna surface! We gotta see the one of me and Becky together with our goofy hats on too though. Somebody’s gotta suffer with me!
I’ll bet ecurbh was glad to get you back home too! Now hopefully the dogs will quit peeing and pooping in the house, attacking heater vents and licking themselves to death. Sounds like the horses and cats were a piece of cake compared to that!
I think he’s happy to have me here! And the dogs are too! I don’t know if the Barkley potty issues were a matter of endurance or attitude, but hopefully ~that~ is over. And we need to get to where he can just be an outside dog when we aren’t here... test the fence on some short separations and see.
It’s gonna be nice here today, I’m looking forward to opening the house up and getting it all cleaned and aired out! And doing some laundry, and.... and... Settling back in. :~)
And not to forget Blade, who had her own style in red rain poncho :~)
