The FreeRepublic Saddle Club - (very out of date) Who's Who *pics*

This is a horse chat thread where we share ideas, ask for input from other horsemen, and talk about our riding and horse-keeping. We have a lot of different kinds of riders and horses, and a lot to share, usually about our horses, sometimes about our dogs, gardens and other stuff we do. :~)

I have a ping list for horse threads that are of interest, and MissTargets will ping everyone most mornings. Let MissTargets and/or me know if you would like to be on the ping list.

So... like the previous threads, this is intended as fun place to come and share stories, pictures, questions and chit-chat, unguided and unmoderated and that we come together here as friends.

lol! Probably, though, you'd have just as many regs. I've been having a lot of trouble getting onto and posting on FR. Have you? Takes my pages ages to load, and I keep getting error messages too.

Good morning.

I'm up having coffee, everyone else is still sleeping altho I see lights on out at the RV, so Hair maybe up, just hasn't put in an appearance.

Thought I would post some pictures of last nights activities. We went to town and had a Scott's burger, and 2J joined us there, so my kids.

Then we went next door to Mack's office and played ping pong:

Hair and Blade, went over to Jenny's shop and got a hair cut. The newspaper lady also interviewed us.

Today we will be riding, and my DIL, and 2J are going to join us. 2J is going to ride Dot. I'm considering riding one of Frogs gaited horses..:) We are going to have a cookout here tonight, and a bon fire, 2J's whole family will be here for that, so it is going to be another incredibly busy day.

We have not heard from MT yet, since she left...hoping she checks in today when she gets home, and that she is feeling better.

Morning Becky! Great pictures! I like the bike in the corner.

Gotta scoot off to the barn soon for my morning lesson. The next horse show is Nov. 4th, a couple of weeks early. Probably trying to squeeze it in before the cold weather. Also, the show photographer posted pictures of the last show: Here Don't look at them too hard. 1) They're all awful, 2) I look like I'm about 12 years old in every single one of them. Levi was screaming his head off that day, and you can see that she caught it in a couple of pictures.

We’re back from our trail ride of the day! It was a great ride, Me (hair) Becky, Frog, Blade, Kristy and even 2J went along :~)

We’re going to have some lunch, maybe upload pictures (I don’t have any, my battery died, I forgot to charge it up can you believe that!?) Others took pictures though so we’re OK. After lunch we may get Becky on a gaited horse :~)

I just got back from about an hour riding one of Frogs horses....ohmygawd!!!
