If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Hello Meg, oh how lovely, I will bring my coffee out and sit in the chair.
Thanks so much.
Finally warming up here, humidity remains high and we did have a light shower last night. Tomorrow the temps are going into the 90s. I have not run the a/c in over a week now, but it will get a work out soon I am sure.
To: HopeandGlory
Great to see you as well!! I do like to get up early, early mornings IMHO are the best time of the day. Sweet graphic.

It is so strange to hear of the cold weather you have had..It is already 79 here..high of 98 expected...Glad you are getting some warmth now.
Cute graphic, Hope. I am such a night owl that I was never a morning person until I started feeding the birds..I even had the little raccoon come when I put seed on the patio at daybreak..I hate to miss early mornings in the summer. I just take a nap later in the day if I stay up too late..LOL

I love mornings also, it’s great for getting out in the garden in the cool of the day, which I must now do as the cool dosen’t last long in August . . . see you later.

Yup, we do get weather of all kinds here. When it’s hot, it’s hot and steamy. Then there is the stuff we have had this year, low temps high humidity and clammy. Ugh.
Oh yes, I agree with you, I used to be a terrible night owl, but aging is taking a toll! Who said that?? LOL
I do afternoon naps at times -then I am awake longer at night.
I miss seeing birds so much. I may have to break down and start feeding in the winter months at least.
Baby Raccoons are so cute. My kids had one as a pet, what a riot he was.

I’m back safe and sound. Lots of thunder but no rain yet, probably come in the night. Going into the 90s tomorrow. Yikes!
