“Why didn’t they take control many years ago from the socialists in the party?”

They aren’t Socialists. They are criminals who used the Republican label. When it was a choice between siding with the RATS or being “Lotted”, they chose the side of the RATS.

The Conservatives could have taken over the party on the day the immigration bill failed. It was ours for the taking. I have the same question. Why don’t we take over the party?

It is clear the RNC does not speak for America. It speaks for their own self interests.

They aren’t Socialists.

Call them what you will but when I see the leader of the GOP,George Bush, willing to risk our national security by siding with flaming socialist Ted Kennedy on a bill that will grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, any number of which could be terrorists, to further his goal of a North American Union I can't help but think he is a socialist.

When I see GOP presidential candidates John McCain, Rudi Guiliani agree with Socialist Democrats on many issues there is no other way to view them but as socialists. When I see a prominent GOP leader Arlen Specter trying to once again foist amnesty for illegals on the American people knowing full well it endangers our country and goes against the will of a majority of Americans I can't help think it smacks of Socialism. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck.

The GOP party has abandoned Conservative principles in favor of Socialism. The Republican party has been and is continuing to align it's ideology with the Socialist Democrats. We have essentially a one party system. The sooner Conservatives in the party accept these facts and respond by leaving the GOP and uniting with the large number of unaffiliated Conservatives the better chance we stand to restore the two party system.
