RESCUE DAWN is the new movie from the great German director Werner Herzog.

Rescue Dawn is the kind of movie you don't see too often from Hollywood. A good review of it. There are Dieter Dengler stories from Iraq that haven't been told. I'm sure we'll hear them. The patriots of the past inspire just as those who put their lives on the line do today.

I'm familiar with Herzog's work. As a young man, I'll never forget watching
Aguirre: The Wrath Of God. The ending left me haunted for days on end.

Hey, Red Dawn rocked! It made me and my high school buddies want to stock up on lots of gun, ammo, and survival gear to prepare for the day that the Cubans dropped in on our high school in rural Southwest Virginia.
