Wife had almost the same problem. The DSL provider tech rep solved the problem.

Had the same exact problem. Don’t let Linksys (same as mine) find the signal. Allow Microsoft to find the signal (you have the option.) Re install the Linksys, but default to Microsoft...it worked for me..
