Had the same exact problem. Don’t let Linksys (same as mine) find the signal. Allow Microsoft to find the signal (you have the option.) Re install the Linksys, but default to Microsoft...it worked for me..

Unfortunately that didn’t fix the problem

I turned off the “Linksys Monitor” and defaulted to “Windows Wireless Zero Configuration” mode, and I get the same results.

My first thought as well. Reinstall but choose the option to Let Windows Configure My Wireless Connection.
