According to the Santa Monica Police Department, Lindsay Lohan was arrested early Tuesday morning for DUI, driving on a suspended license and possession of narcotics.
The Santa Monica Police Department tells Eyewitness News, Lohan was taken into custody near the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium along Pico and Main early Tuesday morning.
She's currently still at the Santa Monica Police Station. Bail has been set for $25,000
Lohan crashed her Mercedes back in May, she was charged with DUI and recently finished rehab.
Her IMDB entry has her listed appearing as "Herself" more than three times as much as an "Actress".

An unfortunate friend of my family is going to jail for 6 months for her 3rd DUI and driving on suspended license. She’ll probably only have to do half of that, but that is her sentence.
She’s just following the apparently inevitable progression from the pantyless car exiting shot.
she just had finished turning herself in for similar charges that occured from a spree in May...she had been allowed to have a time-out in an exclusive rehab for six weeks and got to delay that appearance...now within days of appearing on those charges, band she is back at the same behavior.
I see a hollywood parent-of-the-year nomination for her mom as forthcoming for past enablement and for Lindsey, I see a something that will make poor Paris’s troubles seem tame.
That wasn’t Lindsay, it was her friend Britney who did that.

Gross is right. Well, just shows how little I keep up. Didn’t know B was copying L...I only heard about B. Just more information I can do without about people I can’t stand (a part of me pities them because of how they were brought up, though).

I doubt she was in the car alone, and could have stuffed it in the glovebox and blamed another occupant.
