Everyone I know asks the same question as word of each celebrity DUI is made public. Why in the hell can’t these people hire a driver/car service/cab/sober friend. With the resources they have it is mind boggling and these people need to be locked up.
Alcoholism is a manifestation of spiritual inadequacy and self-loathing. An alcoholic is an egomaniac with an inferiority complex and their excessive drinking is nothing more than suicide on the installment plan. They have no regard for their own well being or that of others until they take certain steps to deal with their issues....
Because, in a deeper sense, rich alcoholic celebs are like alcoholics everywhere else, full of pride and denial.
