go ahead and meter punishment...the reason pedophiles rape and murder children is because they are evil and they are merciless and enjoy hurting children....and no amount of sob story hand-holding is going to change them...

So let’s study ways to help the children (the REAL victims worthy of consideration) in order to prevent more children from being raped and murdered...remove the pedophiles from around children...
