So true. It is amazing to me what kids deem important today (games, bling bling, 22" rims, jewelry, Iphones, myspace.com, etc), even enough to kill for it. So sad.
No doubt, when I was youngish, video games were rewards for good behavour each and every day. Things like Myspace and Ipods were around (in a different form walkmen’s and passing notes) but we weren’t addicted to the things.
I say get tough on the youngsters, if they want to play video games, make them use strictly DOS ones like Wolfenstein or Tomb Raider.
At least then they would learn something, and to think of the money that bought those gaems, and where it could have been invested man, it makes me wonder about the future of the US.
