Activists already are preparing to protest the third summit meeting of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, a trilateral initiative between the U.S., Canada and Mexico seen by critics as a major step toward a North American Union, according to WND columnist Jerome Corsi, author of a new book on the subject, "The Late Great USA."
The meeting, which has received almost no mention in the U.S. mainstream media, is scheduled for Aug. 20 and 21 in Montebello, Quebec, at the Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello resort.
Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper is scheduled to host the Quebec summit, which will be attended by Mexican President Felipe Calderon and President Bush.

And I think you're right.
I too would want no violent overthrow. I think the idea is to stop this insanity before that would have to happen. Probably the best way to stop it is through enlightenment of the masses. Once they are aware of what is afoot, and the ramifications of what is planned for their futures behind their backs, they can seek to confront and excoriate those people in a public way.
The spp agreement will rely on international law.
I guess that means the US Constitution will be relegated to the circular file underneath the cabinent of history.
I know I don't want my kids to be relegated to serfs, working for the masters and never knowing what they could have been.

Here is what I advise EVERYONE to do. It is what we are doing here in Alabama. It is how we defeated amnesty on a national level. I am convinced that our only hope is to fight this is on a local and state level and go from there. As one of our decent state lawmakers said, “if we do not do something on the state and local levels....the people will take this into their own hands and it will get ugly very fast”. He is very correct.
My advice to all of you is find out WHO are your local and state lawmakers who are AGAINST this shamnesty. The ones who are against it love America, are not for sale, and will not hesitate to tell you who at the state and local levels are stonewalling them. Go to the people of those stonewallers’ districts..with flyers or knock on doors if you have to, and TELL THEM THAT THEIR REPRESENTATIVES HAVE SOLD THEM OUT!!!! These politicians are having their pockets lined with gold, but ONLY the fear of LOSING POWER will make them listen to the PEOPLE who elected them. This is what we did to defeat amnesty. That was only a battle won in a long fight.
Last night I couldn’t help but think of Paul Revere’s ride. We are at that point in our history again my FRiends. It is up to the citizens of this country to be the Paul Reveres and wake up our citizenry from their HDTV, ipods, cellphone, celebrity worship, etc. Ironically, Paul Revere’s ride was in Massachussets. For any of you in Massachussetts, I am begging you to have your senior senator REMOVED from office. He is a peril of our nation.
Most importantly, I ask all of you to pray to Almighty and ask for His Mercy on our country. I am convinced that only a return to HIM will set us free. It amazes me that in Biblical history, how many times God used an invasion of a neighboring country to call His people back to Him. This country’s faith in Him was what made this country the greatest nation in it’s first 150 years.

There are many Freepers who are in denial over this issue, because it’s not a ‘liberal vs. conservative’ conflict— but the bread crumbs are there to be followed.

I know many people who know Sessions personally. The biggest difference in him is that he is NOT for sale. He is what you see. We are working hard here in Alabama to re-elect him so he can continue to do his job for the rest of the country. He is doing the job other senators refuse to do.

He must be a Patriot, a US Senator thinking about US citizens.

The CIR bill was a trial balloon for the elites.
It was proof we all aren't totally brain addled, yet, keyword there.
It tells them they can't at this time, walk it all through the front door without problems.
That being said, they will tag the whole main text of the bill in small increments onto other important legislation.
It would be nice if folks would quit acting like they have no clue as to why the Congress no longer cares about what we want.
Face it, we get to vote to humor them and pick who gets to lead the next phase.

When I first heard about camps being built my immediate reaction was that they were built for Americans, not round ups of illegal aliens as some had suggested.
More than once I have posted that Americans could rise up in anger over the illegal alien invasion and that Martial Law would be invoked to quell us.
The ramifications of that are mind boggling.
Bush thought he had the guest worker plan sewn up until America got a glimpse of what it really was. We have to fight against their plan of turning our country into nothing more than a third world cesspool with the middle class destroyed and no National identity.
If we make any advances in abortion law, tax law, limitation of government, etc. it can all be undone with a NAU treaty.
Don't forget, our Supreme Court will become obsolete, and in time could be replaced with the North American Court of Justice.

Correct. I have been saying for quite sometime that we have only had an “illusion of choice”. It explains why we have been constantly voting for the supposed lesser of two evils. Then again, I think that has been happening since at least the 1930s and 40s.
If I can say anything encouraging, it is in my earlier post. Find the minor politicians who are the good guys. They know who are the sellouts. We also need to involve our kids and realize that this will be implemented in the schools. Make sure kids know our constitution because the schools sure won’t teach it to them. Make sure they understand that the first amendment was meant to mean that congress could not make a law making us all one denomination(religion after all is a man made denomination). It in no way intended that we separate from God as Christians.
What a daunting task that would be. With all the twist and turns and all the people and agencies involved they have made it almost impossible to dissect and analyze point by point.
The future doedsn't look to bright for our kids.

Phylis Schafly does a great job of that at Eagle Forum. She has connected the dots. I was one of 430 to hear her speak last Friday night. Senator Session’s aide was there too along with many local and state lawmakers....so this is not some tin foil hat thingy.
Phylis has also drafted a resolution that she is asking all civic groups, clubs, local govts, to complete. I need to get more information on it before I post it, since I don’t completely understand it (sorry to say).
My question is what actions can be taken by this group without the approval of our Senate and House?
Our Department of Homeland Security is taking their orders from the SPP, a private group without Congressional oversight or any other safety net we have in our system. They are implementing the SPP's agenda that's the short and long of it.
Just wonder what their goal is?

There you have it. That would be their catalyst to invoke Martial Law and every right we are guaranteed as American citizens will be thrown out the window.

When I posted my comment to, smokin'Joe, the Soviet Union immediately jumped into my head.
Somewhere in the back of my mind I think, rightly or wrongly, they've planned on something like that happening. Martial Law declared, guns taken, citizens locked up. There must be examples made as a warning to others what would happen to them. Take away our ability to defend ourselves and a tyranny is established.

I'm sure for some who are just hearing about this it's too much for them to swallow or take in at one time.They need to understand that this is real and it's happening now.
